Our support team is available 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. Your server has to be available around the clock, including weekends and holidays. For that reason Giga International is staffed with skilled personnel on site, who will be assisting with questions or problems. You can contact us via e-mail (we are using a modern ticket system) and telephone. The office is occupied daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Giga-International operates a data center in Munich, which is our traditional place of business. Our own data center in Munich, Germany, which is redundantly cooled and safely and perfectly connected to the Internet and electrical power, allows us to provide competent instant service and to take into account your individual requirements. The ultra-modern "green data center" was planned and constructed by Giga-International. It provides enough colocation room for more than 4000 servers. Our office roomes are in the same building, only one story above the data floor, which allows the shortest reaction times possible.
