Even during the New Year's Eve you can expect, like always, an adequate answer in less than 30 minutes from one of our experienced technical support staff. No students and trainees, but real IT experts with bachelor's degrees and master's degrees working as legal employees and speaking English as their first language.
Server Hardware ============== Our equipment is chosen carefully to ensure a maximum uptime and performance for your web sites. Quality comes first, therefore we refrain from using cheap, unreliable brands or use desktop computers as servers. All our servers are built by Dell and SuperMicro for maximum persistence, speed and reliability; with Intel Xeon or Intel Core i7 processors, 8 GB to 12 GB of ECC RAM and high performance hard drives protected through RAID (redundant array of independent disks). We frequently upgrade our servers as technology improves. |
