Host Surf UK is a well established web hosting company. I have a lot of involvement in the company including answering support tickets, calls and emails, reviewing orders and assisting customers with upgrades and choosing the right package for them.
- HOSTSEARCH: What are the main products and services of the company?LOUIS MARCUS: Our main products and services of our company are shared, reseller hosting and very soon to be VPS.
- HOSTSEARCH: What is the main reason your company chose to focus on Reseller hosting package? What kind of challenges do you deal with for this particular type of hosting?LOUIS MARCUS: We chose to focus on reseller hosting packages as we believe in giving everyone a chance to setup their own web hosting business or for people who wish to manage their websites with their own cPanels. The kind of challenges we deal with for reseller hosting can vary from basic setup of packages and accounts on customers WHM to assigning IP addresses, nameserver setup and transferring customer accounts.
- HOSTSEARCH: What is your key-success for Host Surf UK to be one of the leaders in Reseller hosting solution today?LOUIS MARCUS: Our key success for us being one of the leaders in Reseller hosting is not only our outstanding customer support, but how our packages are suited to meet our client’s requirements.

VPS Hosting is for customers who are looking for full control over their servers. Virtual Private Servers allows you the reliability, control and flexibility of a dedicated server without the high cost. Each VPS will comes preinstalled with cPanel, Apache, PHP and MySQL.
- HOSTSEARCH: What's your secret on making customers choosing your services and staying with Host Surf UK?LOUIS MARCUS: Our little secret is keeping the customer happy with great fast 24/7 support and always being there when a customer is in need of help. This gives customers no reason to leave, if the customer receives outstanding customer support and fast server reliability the customers will always stay with us.

Do you have plans to expand your market into the US and the rest of the world?LOUIS MARCUS: We try to target customers in European countries, US and the rest of world. We are looking to provide customers with an option of server locations US or UK in the not too distant future.
- HOSTSEARCH: Do you have any exciting changes or additions to your service this year?LOUIS MARCUS: Yes, fairly shortly we will be offering VPS hosting to customers wishing to have their own Virtual Private Server. A VPS is perfect for web developers and business owners looking for full control over their servers. We are currently in the process of creating our VPS Packages as well as a VPS Reseller program.
