HOSTSEARCH: Hi Ali, thank you for giving us the opportunity to talk with you today. Can you please tell us about your background and how you started net100tb?
ALI VARGONEN: First of all, I want to thank you for this opportunity to talk about our operations in Europe.
Vargonen started as a web hosting company in Turkey 9 years ago. Today, we have an important market share in Turkish hosting market. We provide web hosting, e-mail hosting, dedicated server hosting, virtual dedicated server hosting, media streaming and some kind of additional services like domain registration, SSL certificates etc.

HOSTSEARCH: Can you please tell us more about the company Vargonen B.V. ?
ALI VARGONEN: With our ten year experience, we started working on European market and analyze the opportunities, weak market segments and decide to enter with dedicated servers which have high quality hardware and 100TB bandwidth. Vargonen B.V. is located in Amsterdam and it’s our base for European operations.
HOSTSEARCH: What does a web hosting market in The Netherlands look like?
ALI VARGONEN: Web hosting is an online business and it is hard to divide it by countries. There is a big game industry in Netherlands but they can easily be a customer of any other European countries. There are no limitations in online business.
On the other hand, Europe’s biggest datacenters are located in Netherlands and this is a good opportunity to give superior service. The point is differentiation. If you differentiate your service, you win.

HOSTSEARCH: What is your main market, local, Europe, or USA?
ALI VARGONEN: First of all, our central organization is in Turkey but we are expanding our operations step by step. For the first step, we are providing our basic services to Dutch market and expanding to Europe. But, it doesn’t mean we stay in this position. We already have customers from different countries all around the world like USA, Australia, France, Russia etc.
HOSTSEARCH: What are the key factors for consumers to select the web hosting services in The Netherlands? Any differences from other parts in Europe?
ALI VARGONEN: In Netherlands, telecommunication services are highly developed and well maintained. Our network provider has a state of art network and it has a network uptime of 99.999%, which currently offers its customers an available bandwidth of more than 900 Gbps. This means our customers won’t get any problems originated by network. Having a lot of datacenter is not a criteria of being perfect, for other countries.
HOSTSEARCH: What is the best selling web hosting plan at net100tb and why?
ALI VARGONEN: We are providing dedicated servers which have 100TB bandwidth. For now, we have four server options and all of them are prepared for exact needs. All of them are targeting different customers and interests for these servers are nearly same. But mostly Entry pack dedicated servers are selling. Because, this servers are solution for most needs.
As I said before, if you differentiate your service, you win. We are not trying to sell everything, just providing the best bandwidth with unbeatable price and superior network.

ALI VARGONEN: Our business is online, services are online and customers are online so we started online advertising first. With a very large scale, we have advertisements in forums, directories, blogs etc.
Now we are getting ready for the second step. We are going to start event sponsorships and some social media campaigns soon. These campaigns won’t be only for Netherlands. Dedicated server users all around the world will participate this event online and offline.

HOSTSEARCH: What can the customers of net100tb expect in the year 2011?
ALI VARGONEN: 2010 is a peak of point for Vargonen and Net100TB born. We have lots of plans for 2011 but we have to walk thoughtful. We will continue providing dedicated servers but we are going to differentiate our services again and provide best network with unbeatable price.
HOSTSEARCH: How do you see your company growing in the next 3 years?
ALI VARGONEN: Net100TB has a growing market share in introduction part of its life cycle. After two or three years, Net100TB will be the most known dedicated server provider with high bandwidth solutions in Europe and we will expand our services out of Netherlands. Still we are planning strategic headquarters in different parts of Europe.
