What are the factors which make Superb Internet successful in this industry? RICHARD NORWOOD: You’re right. We have been at the top of the hosting industry since 1996, a claim very few can make. What makes us successful is that we never stick with the status quo. Our customers deserve more than that, we expect more than that from our employees and we have a culture in our offices and data centers that speak to this. Increasing our products worth via value innovation is the key to staying ahead of the rest. Plus, our customers are loyal to us because we are honest. We don’t hide behind our data centers. We own up to mistakes when they are made and work with our customers to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. HOSTSEARCH: We know that Superb Internet offers variety of products and services. What is your main product? What are you concentrating in? RICHARD NORWOOD: We concentrate on giving our customers the highest quality network while giving them products that will help them today. An example of this is that many of our customers have come to us asking for multiple IPs in multiple cblocks, something that they can leverage for better SEO. Our response is that we are building this out next week, our customers will be able to get as many IPs as they need from 32 different cblocks. We will then do what we have always done and checking everyone for spam to help keep the internet clean. HOSTSEARCH: What's the core benefit of hosting with Superb Internet? RICHARD NORWOOD: Our coast-to-coast network of data centers makes hosting with Superb Internet much faster than hosting with other companies. You really get what you pay for and we have invested heavily in our IP Transit. With our dedicated servers, everything is custom. We look at every customer and ask: What do you do? What type of hosting do you needs? Where are your customers? Until we get to the bottom of these simple questions, we cannot provide you with the correct dedicated server or other hosting plan. We really take pride in getting to know our customers to make sure they are successful online. HOSTSEARCH: Can you please tell us more about the data center? RICHARD NORWOOD: Yes, I would love to. We currently have data centers from coast-to-coast, allowing our customers the shortest possible distance to their customers. This also allows customers from the Seattle and Washington, DC areas to get high quality server colocation. By having data centers in multiple locations, we know our customers data will be safe. If something was to happen in DC our customers would be backed up in Seattle. All they would need to do to make that happen is get a dedicated server one of the locations and get backup in the other. HOSTSEARCH: What virtual technology are you using? Are you developing the applications in house? RICHARD NORWOOD: We are continually developing new technologies to stay in front of others and give our customers the best control panel and systems.
