British Web Host 123-reg Offers Cut-price Hosting
August 20, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – British web host 123-reg (http://www.123-reg.co.uk) is offering cut-price hosting, the company announced recently. The cost of the company’s Starter Pro shared hosting package has been reduced to £1 ($2) a month “for the first six months of a 12 month package”. The package offers up to 500MB web space, 5,000MB traffic bandwidth and 35 mailboxes with free webmail. In addition, those signing up receive £30 ($60) free Google AdWords pay per click advertising.
123-reg bills itself as “the UK´s number 1 registrar” and caters for over 1.9 million domain names. The company claims to lead the UK market in “both domain name registration and web hosting solutions”.
