The company met the requirements of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.5 - Tier Maintenance Requirements, and Inter-Tier Movement and TSX Venture Exchange has “granted its conditional approval for iWeb's tier classification change from Tier 2 to Tier 1”. iWeb will receive the new classification when the personal information forms of its two new directors are reviewed.
