Web Hosting Company Anywherehost Acquires Vegas Hosting; Expands Hosting Service
Just 9 months after acquiring Alpha 1 Hosting, Anywherehost announced today that they have purchased Vegas Hosting for an undisclosed cash amount. The purchase includes all hardware and software, as well as the co-location services located in Powerpulse data center, one of the Top 4 Data Canters in the country.
"This acquisition will allow us to further expand and broaden our capabilities into Windows hosting and mid to high-end dedicated servers," said CEO and Founder Robert Ricci. Mr. Ricci went on to say that Anywherehost has always concentrated on making customer service, performance and reliability affordable. Anywherehost will continue to offer its hosting customers premium, low latency bandwidth and nearly 100% uptimes.
Vegas Hosting CEO Thomas Fosbenner has accepted the position of Chief Technology Officer and will directly manage the Las Vegas, Nevada facility.
