October 12, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Aplus.Net has elevated two members of its management staff to executive roles, it was reported recently. The company’s President of Accounting and Finance, Mr. Michael Howard, has become Chief Financial Officer, while Mr. Ralph Munyan has become the company’s Vice President and General Counsel.
Mr. Howard is an Aplus.Net veteran with experience in accounting and corporate finance in regions that include China, Canada, and the Caribbean. He was in the United States Army Security Agency's Communications Intelligence service and teaches accounting and finance at the University of California San Diego School of Extended Studies.
Mr. Munyan is member of the Kansas Bar Association and joined Aplus.Net in February 2007. He has significant legal and business experience and has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for a Midwest-based, not-for-profit ministry that provides personal financial management education.
