AppServe Technologies Acquires Sprocket Networks

May 17, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Dallas-based AppServe Technologies (http://www.appservetech.com), a hosting and colocation services provider whose services include network and data security products and “Thin Client” computing solutions, has acquired Sprocket Networks, it was announced today.

The acquisition strengthens AppServe Technologies’ hosting and colocation capability by “adding 6 years of award winning colocation expertise” to its organizational structure. “This acquisition is in line with our primary vision of offering customers superior service as well as the best in hosting and colocation.
