ISO 20000 is the first “worldwide standard” that provides certification specifically for IT Service Management and promotes an “integrated process approach” to delivering managed services.

ISO 20000 has two specific components - IT Service Management and a Service Management best practice Code of Practice. Receiving the award shows competency in both areas and confirms existence of quality processes within Attenda.
