VentraIP Australia is in the process of acquiring three companies. VentraIP Australia, which was established in 2008, has global headquarters in Beaconsfield, a satellite suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The company, which has partners like Trustwave, CloudLinux, SpamExperts, and CloudFlare, is recognized as Australia’s “largest privately-owned web host and domain name registrar”. It offers a range of services including cPanel hosting services, domain names (it is auDA ISS and ICANN accredited) and SSL certificates. Its acquisitions will bring the company 1,000 additional customers.
VentraIP Australia will acquire ‘On A Cloud’, ‘SpiderWeb Hosting’ and ‘Boot Domains’ – all Australian companies. Post-acquisition each of the brands will be retired and their resources fully absorbed by VentraIP Australia to bring 2,400 additional accounts to its books. The acquisitions underscore the company’s growth strategy and additional acquisitions are in the company’s sights.
“Last year we focused our efforts on boosting organic growth through an improved online presence in search engines, customer service and technical support insourcing, and updated products and services with higher value margins,” explained Angelo Giuffrida, the CEO of VentraIP. “This strategy has proven hugely successful with over 35 per cent growth attributed in less than twelve months. These three companies are the first of six acquisitions that we are actively working on, and we hope to have further announcements as we close those deals in the near future”, he added.
