avidInteractive Prepares For The Release of Web Hosting Customer Support Tool IntelloDesk
June 13, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - avidInteractive is expected to launch their new website design, with the release of IntelloDesk, and IntelloChat, as well as many other software titles made primarily for web hosting companies and the web hosting industry.
The beta release of IntelloDesk is expected to be released in approximately 3 weeks, and is expected to change the way Web hosting companies conduct customer support.
avidInteractive, the software development division of AvidNewMedia, has brought in Microvisuals.com to develop their website design as well as the software skins for many of their software titles.
avidInteractive's hired Microvisuals to design the skin for their flagship software IntelloDesk, a new generation helpdesk system for web hosting companies.
Mark Klink, President, and Co-Lead Software Engineer, of avidInteractive said, "It was a natural choice. We hired Microvisuals to do the main design of our IntelloDesk software.
