Self-Managed Web Hosting Provider ServerBeach Opens New Headquarters and Data Center
September 10, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Self-managed web hosting provider ServerBeach (http://www.serverbeach.com), a PEER 1 Network Enterprises Inc. subsidiary, has announced that it has relocated its head office and data center to San Antonio, Texas, USA. According to the company the move was made as a response to “growing demand for centrally located servers” and to “keep up with its rapid growth” in San Antonio. The new center offers 12,000 square feet and 6,000 square feet of office space.
“With data centers located in each of the East coast, West coast and Central regions of the United States, we can deliver something that no other simple dedicated hosting company can: diversity of locations with which to build a disaster recovery strategy,” suggested Robert Miggins, Vice President of ServerBeach. “Now customers can replicate their data on servers in all three data centers, ensuring that if something happens to one server, their data and servers in the other two centers will continue to be available.”
ServerBeach provides “self-managed” dedicated servers to a range of businesses worldwide. The servers offer Linux and Microsoft alongside a range developer’s tools. Each of the company’s data centers are connected to the PEER 1 network.
