UK2 Group has announced WordPress hosting and SEO options for its UK2.net, Midphase and WestHost brands. Established in 1998, the company, which has headquarters in Shoreditch, London, United Kingdom, is also the parent body of companies VPS.net and 100TB. Its services extend beyond standard web hosting to VPS, dedicated servers, domain name registrations and website builders. Its new offerings are called “Premium WordPress Hosting” and “Website SEO Guru” services.
WordPress is a globally recognized Open Source (OS) Content Management System (CMS) which currently underpins around 25% of the websites on the internet. UK2 Group’s Premium WordPress Hosting options leverage SSD Virtual Private Servers (VPS) to offer an optimized environment for WordPress websites, meaning they operate more efficiently, have faster page load times and are more reliable. The packages include NGINX high-performance load balancing and “security enhancements including automatic malware removal”.
UK2 Group’s automatic SEO Website Guru tool analyzes website performance and recommends adjustments that “make sites more discoverable online”. The system gives recommendations on every aspect of a site, from “content tags to page load times”. Results are included in “easy-to-understand reports” that suggest which modifications a user should consider.
