Swizznet has joined the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program. Swizznet, which has headquarters in Seattle, Washington, United States, offers a range of services designed to enable customers to focus on core competencies and not IT. An Intuit-Authorized Commercial Hosting provider and Sage authorized partner, the company leverages Citrix cloud computing technology to cater to accountants and SMEs with specific focus on QuickBooks and Sage accounting applications. By joining the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program Swizznet can bill customers and “directly provision, manage and support Microsoft cloud offerings” such as Office 365 and Windows Intune subscriptions.
The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program strengthens customer relationships provides opportunities for cloud sales. As well as dealing with customers directly, program members can combine offers and services and sell their combinations directly to customers. As such, members own the “complete customer lifecycle”.
