October 21, 2005 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – SWsoft has announced its acquisition of ValueOf Software Technology Co. Ltd, China’s leading web hosting software company. SWsoft acquired ValueOf for an ‘undisclosed amount’ and has used the acquisition to form a wholly owned Chinese subsidiary called SWsoft China. The subsidiary will service SWsoft’s Chinese service provider customers.
