ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd. (ESDS) has been awarded a patent in the United Kingdom for its eNlight Cloud solution. ESDS, which has headquarters in Nasik, Maharashtra, India, was established in 2005. The company bills itself as delivering “world class managed data center services, and cloud-enabled solutions”. The ‘UK Patent and Trademark Office’ recognized ESDS for its ‘auto-scaling cloud’.
The ISO:9001, ISO:20000/BS:15000, and ISO:27001/BS:7799c-certified provider carters to a customer base of around 35,000 customers through data centers in Chicago, Illinois, United States, Montreal, Canad, and Leeds, Reading, Maidenhead, Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom. The company also has a presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, India.
ESDS’ auto-scaling cloud provides real time detection of system resource requirements in a virtual environment and “automatically scales the required virtual resources”. The “out-of-the-box” solution addresses peak season virtual machine performance issues for its customers in the United States and United Kingdom. eNlight is the only proprietary cloud product that offers automatic vertical scaling on a global basis.
