Cloud and Hybrid Provider MxHero Now Integrates Directly to MS Outlook
Cloud and hybrid platforms provider mxHero Inc. (MxHero) has announced that its email solution now integrates directly to Microsoft Outlook. MxHero, which has headquarters in San Francisco, California, United States, was established in 2012. The company specializes in building “powerful cloud and hybrid platforms for Enterprise and SMB” that allow email systems to utilize cloud storage. mxHero’s ‘Mail2Cloud’ solution integrates emails with document storage and allows users to “automatically and intelligently” save and share emails as documents.

The latest update of ‘MxHero client for Outlook’ enables users to move email messages and related attachments cloud storage “without leaving Outlook”. The solution allows users to manage emails in the same way they manage documents. It converts emails into a “searchable PDF document” and links attachments from the PDF. The client can also leverage cloud storage options such as Box, Egnyte, Sharefile, and OneDrive.

“Most of our customers are already using cloud storage services to manage their document content, so it makes sense for them to manage their email content as well in the same cloud,” explained mxHero’s CEO Alex Panagides. “We’re pleased to be a part of making that process easier.”
