Cloud and managed services provider
InterCloud Systems has won a cloud contract with a “large east coast auto parts distributor and wholesaler” in the United States. The company, which has headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, offers “end-to-end information technology and next-generation network solutions” such as Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV). The company mainly caters to the telecommunications industry and large corporate enterprises.
InterCloud Systems’ new contract leverages its cloud capability and will see the company establish a cloud-based web services infrastructure solution which includes a centralized Point of Sale (POS). The company will be in charge of developing a solution to meet all aspects of the distributor and wholesaler’s requirements, including disaster recovery and storage.
