Cloud-based WAF Provider Cloudbric and Hosting Company Trendhosting Form Partnership
December 12, 2017
Cloud-based Web Application Firewall (WAF) provider Cloudbric and hosting company Trendhosting have formed a partnership. Cloudbric, which has headquarters in Houston, Texas, United States, offers a range of cloud-based web security options alongside its “award-winning” Web Application Firewall (WAF) solution. These include full-service DDoS protection, SSL, and CDN options. Together Cloudbric and Trendhosting will “deliver website security to Central Europe.”
Trendhosting, which is based in Switzerland, has been in operation since 1997. The company specializes in a “high performance and a high availability hosting platform” and offers a range of services including “powering big ecommerce and content management sites”. Its strategic partnership with Cloudbric will be facilitated by the opening of a new data center (IDC) in Nuremberg, Germany. As a result of the partnership, Cloudbric will be able to extend its website security and WAF options to customers in Germany and Central Europe.
“We share the same commitment with our partners in providing the highest quality of service, ensuring that website security is accessible to all. For this reason, in a region as large and as varied as Europe, we’ve opened new doors through partnerships to extend our WAF service to a greater consumer base,” explained Cloudbric VP of Product and Technology, TJ Jung. “Companies are required to incorporate measures for ensuring information is handled in a confidential manner and protected from cyberattacks. We are glad that Cloudbric can be of great help.”
