Cloud company CloudOne has acquired technology provider Sodius Corporation's North American sales and marketing operations. The company, an IBM Premier Business Partner, specializes in offering IBM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Virtual Private Cloud options. The acquisition places Robert Baillargeon in the position of Director of Solutions Delivery for CloudOne’s new systems services practice which will provide consulting and architectural services to customers in the automotive and related industries.

Established in 2009 and with headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, CloudOne caters to a broad customer base which includes the US Army and large corporations such as Panasonic, Shell, Xerox, Deloitte, and McDonald's.
