Cloud Company Metalogix Acquires Cloud Collaboration Service Management Platform Provider MetaVis Technologies
Cloud company and Microsoft Gold Partner Metalogix has acquired cloud collaboration service management platform provider MetaVis Technologies. Established over a decade ago, the company, which currently caters to around 20,000 clients, specializes in content security and compliance administration and management for solutions like Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Exchange, Box, Dropbox, Amazon, and Google Drive. Its services focus on "moving, managing and securing content in the cloud, on-premises and in hybrid collaboration environments".

The aim of the acquisition is to speed up the growth of Metalogix cloud platform. The merging of Metalogix and MetaVis Technologies' capabilities means Metalogix is now able to provide customers with services that greatly enhance and reduce the risk and complexity of their use of collaboration platforms.
