MS Solutions has announced it has acquired ExpertCloud and Teklach. MS Solutions, which has headquarters in Quebec, Canada, was established in 1989. The company caters predominantly for SMEs and is a Microsoft Gold Partner and a VMware Professional Solution Provider. MS Solutions’ services extend to data backup services and proactive monitoring. The acquisitions make the company the largest cloud provider in Quebec, doubling its cloud computing client base.
The acquisitions also mean that MS Solutions can utilize the services of another data center, giving it a total of two PCI Security Standards Council-certified centers in Quebec City with a further center in Montreal. It now has a 40-strong team of experts available to serve its customers.
"In acquiring ExpertCloud, we now have access to an extremely efficient technology infrastructure and business process, but more importantly we have a team of highly qualified professionals with very valuable expertise. We are thus building on our know-how in cloud computing for our fast-growing client base," explained Maxime Dion, the President of MS Solutions. "We have increased our hosting capacity for all our current and future customers. We now guarantee more than ever before that they can count on continuous operations thanks to various redundant systems," he added.
