Tech 2 Success LLC (Tech 2 Success) has acquired website design and ecommerce company NY Web Consulting. Tech 2 Success, which was established in 2014, has headquarters in Glendale, New York, United States alongside a number of locations across the US. The company bills itself as providing private cloud hosting and IT and project management services alongside software integration development and other services. It offers “incredibly secure, ultra fast, cloud performance for a low cost of entry” and utilizes superior technology like Dell PowerEdge servers to offer Azure Hosted Solutions and other solutions from a 275,000 square-foot SSAE 16 Type 2 compliant facility with Tier 1 carrier connectivity. Financial aspects of its acquisition of NY Web Consulting have not been released.
A Google Partner, NY Web Consulting is based in Queens, New York and offers a full suite of Internet-related services including internet marketing, web site design, S.E.O. and social media marketing services. By acquiring the company Tech 2 Success enhances its ability to serve customers in a range of industries and underscores it strategy of providing “enterprise level professional services to assist companies in meeting their business goals and objectives using technology and process improvement”. NY Web Consulting will operate as an independent brand.
