Savvis has been recognized as a leader in Managed Hosting in North America. The company was positioned in the leaders' quadrant in a report entitled "Managed Quadrant for Managed Hosting, North America".

Gartner, and published April 9, 2013, the report was authored by analysts Lydia Leong, Douglas Toombs, Gregor Petri, Bob Gill and Tiny Haynes. It considered all elements of a range of providers, looking at their "completeness of vision" including market knowledge, product strategy, and innovation. It also assessed providers' capabilities and the overall experience their customers receive.
Savvis offers a range of cloud, colocation and managed hosting services through strategically located data centers which it operates across the globe. Its parent body CenturyLink is the third largest telecommunications company in the United States. With headquarters in Monroe, Louisiana, CenturyLink is listed as one of America's Fortune 500 corporations.
