Cloud Migration Company Eximo Joins IBM's Global Entrepreneur Program for Cloud Startups
Cloud migration company Eximo has joined IBM's Global Entrepreneur Program for Cloud Startups. The company, whose headquarters are located near South Station, in Boston's Leather District neighborhood, specializes in offering a cloud-based platform which leverages big data and mobile computing to enable enterprises to move enterprise applications to the cloud more efficiently.

Eximo’s cloud platform includes a visual prototyping tool (RapidPro) that allows developers to quickly produce responsive web pages. It also offers an application development environment (CloudDeveloper) that helps developers to produce web and mobile applications more quickly. Being a part of IBM’s program gives it access to support from the global corporation.

IBM’s Global Entrepreneur program aims to “drive innovation” by giving participating startups access to IBM resources. These include Watson, IBM’s “cognitive technology with learning capabilities”, Softlayer, IBM’s cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider, a range of product and service management options, and “access to its research community”.

“Being a part of IBM’s Global Entrepreneur program will be invaluable as we strive to allow more of our customers to create powerful and sophisticated business applications in the cloud”, explained Eximo’s CEO, Bob Hoyt. “We’re proud to join forces with such a universally respected tech giant and leader in enterprise software.”
