Cloud Monitoring Services Provider Datadog Opens Offices in London and Dublin
Cloud monitoring services provider Datadog has announced it has opened offices in London, United Kingdom and Dublin, Ireland. Datadog, which has head offices in New York, United States, is “the leading service for cloud-scale monitoring”. The company’s options are utilized by customers with dynamic or high-scale infrastructure. It collects vital data from “100+ different technologies and services” to enable users to monitor an entire stack through a single interface. Its latest move highlights plans to extend its European footprint.

Datadog’s monitoring services apply to hybrid cloud applications and are designed to enhance organizations’ agility and efficiency through “end-to-end visibility across the application and organization”. Its services are offered via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based data analytics platform and are utilized by companies of the stature of Samsung, Target, The Washington Post, and Zendesk. Its new offices complement its Research and Development (R&D) office in Paris, France.

“The number of European enterprises using Datadog has doubled over the past year,” explained Datadog’s CEO, Olivier Pomel. “We are rapidly expanding our presence by opening offices in London and Dublin that will help us better serve our local customers." News of the expansion comes alongside news that Datadog recently acquired Paris-based Operations Data Platform provider Logmatic.io.
