Cloud provider Hyland has announced the addition of two new data centers in New Zealand. Hyland, which has global headquarters in Westlake, Ohio, United States, is recognized as “one of the largest independent Enterprise Content Management (ECM) vendors” globally. The company’s flagship solution is ‘OnBase’ which is hosted in the Hyland Cloud and provides users with a suite of document, process and case management solutions. Since 1991 the company has “enabled more than 15,000 organizations to digitalize their workplaces and fundamentally transform their operations”. The addition of data centers in New Zealand is designed to support increased demand for Hyland’s services in the area.
OnBase is a “single enterprise information platform for managing content, processes and cases deployed via mobile, on-premises or in the Hyland Cloud”. It offers Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM) and Records Management solutions. Hyland’s new data centers are located in New Zealand’s key cities of Auckland and Wellington. Both enable users to meet the New Zealand government’s data sovereignty and encryption requirements which require data be protected by “the highest levels of digital and physical security protocols”.
