Cloud Service Provider Connectria Completes AWS MSP Partner Program Audit for Third Consecutive Year
November 21, 2017
Cloud service provider Connectria Hosting (Connectria) has completed the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner program audit for the third consecutive year. Connectria, which has headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, was established in 1996. The company caters to a 1,000-strong customer base located in over 30 countries. Its services extend to “complex multi-vendor solutions” including managed hosting and custom hosting solutions. To achieve the MSP partner program status Connectria had to complete a rigorous validation audit carried out by a third-party.
Connectria is noted for its ‘No Jerks Allowed’ philosophy that promotes a corporate culture where every each member of staff goes ‘the extra mile’ to take care of its customers. To meet the rigorous requirements of the AWS MSP Partner program, Connectria must agree to an audit which is carried out on a yearly basis. The audit is designed to ensure that MSPs are able to “demonstrate extensive expertise in cloud infrastructure and application migration”. MSPs also have to show their ability to “deliver value by offering proactive monitoring, automation, and management of their customer's environment”.
"Among the thousands of AWS partners around the globe, only a relatively few are able to achieve this level,” suggested Connectria’s President and CEO Rich Waidmann. “That fact that this is the third year in a row that Connectria has earned AWS MSP status is a testament to the maturity of our AWS Managed Services expertise and business. It is also a reaffirmation of our TRIA for AWS offer, which has helped many organizations get the most out of AWS by addressing its top three challenges; performance, security/compliance and cost optimization."
