Computer Software Companies Adobe and Microsoft Form Partnership
Computer software companies Adobe and Microsoft have formed a partnership. San Jose, California-based Adobe and Richmond, Virginia-based Microsoft made the announcement at the Adobe Summit at ICC ExCeL in London, which ended today. The "strategic partnership" will cover marketing, sales and other services to "better engage with customers across all touch points".

The two corporations' partnership will see the integration of Adobe’s Marketing Cloud Solutions and Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM. Microsoft’s Dynamics Marketing integrated marketing management solution offers a key CRM marketing solution to marketers "across many industry segments". It offers marketing resource management capabilities that complement Adobe Marketing Cloud and enhance customer experience. In addition to the current cooperation, both corporations have expressed their commitment to collaboration in other areas. This may include Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions operating in Microsoft's Azure Cloud.

“Helping our customers reinvent productivity and business processes is one of our top priorities," explained Microsoft Business Solutions' Executive Vice President, Kirill Tatarinov. "Partnering with Adobe enables us to deliver a comprehensive set of customer engagement processes to enterprise customers to help them be more productive and better engage with their customers. The integration of our industry-leading Dynamics CRM solution with Adobe Marketing Cloud will enable business professionals to maximize their investment in technology and deliver breakthroughs in marketing, sales and customer care.”
