Avtex Solutions, LLC (Avtex) has acquired digital consulting solutions provider NuSoft Solutions (NuSoft). Avtex, which has headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota, United States, was established in 1972. The company also has offices in Chicago, Illinois and Washington, DC. A Microsoft and Genesys gold partner, Avtex is a “full-service Customer Experience (CX) consulting and solution provider” that helps organization “build meaningful connections with their customers, members and constituents”. Alongside user experience options the solutions and services it offers extend to cloud and managed services alongside Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web design options. Financial aspects of the deal were not released.
NuSoft was founded in 1994 and has headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, United States, and offices in Ohio, and Tennessee. The company “helps organizations solve business problems and transform for the future” and its services extend from consulting to cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Its customers include “local family-owned companies to global Fortune 100 enterprises”. Like Avtex, NuSoft is a Microsoft Gold partner with expertise in Dynamics 365. The acquisition is intended to enhance Avtex’s US footprint and strengthen its Microsoft CRM platform capabilities. Avtex will absorb the bulk of NuSoft’s staff.
