CRM Provider Nimble Launches Simple Solution for Office 365, G-Suite and Other Cloud Platforms
Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) solution provider Nimble has launched a simple solution that can be utilized for Office 365, G-Suite and “80+” other cloud environments. Nimble, which has headquarters in San Francisco, California, United States, is “the only solution to offer small businesses the best features of high-end CRM systems combined with the power of social media” (Facebook, Twitter LinkedIn, etc.). The new solution is designed for teams and brings together companies’ business contacts into a “single, shared relationship system” that has “more than 80” SaaS-based CRM, sales, marketing, customer service and accounting applications”.

The solution was established by Jon Ferrara, Nimble’s CEO and the founder of GoldMine – a pioneer CRM solution. His intention was to produce a solution that can help “cultivate relationships amidst the chaos of people’s de facto contact platforms, business apps and social platforms”. This can be an even bigger problem for companies whose contacts are locked into specific departments. Nimble Contact automatically generates contact and company records and provides a range of business insights that enable teams to qualify sales leads more easily. It is powered a two-way intelligent data synchronization platform provided by PieSync.

Three Nimble editions are available. The ‘Nimble Contact’ edition is available for $12 per month per user and is great for individuals and teams of up to 5 people. Nimble Business is available for $25 per month per user an offers a “complete sales CRM for teams of any size”. A Nimble Freemium Add-In is available for Microsoft Office 365, Outlook Desktop and Outlook Mobile (iOS and Android).

“Effective team Contact Management is at the heart of every business, but it’s missing from Office 365, G Suite, typical CRMs and social media, where people communicate most,” said Jon Ferrara, CEO of Nimble. “Relationship management is siloed amongst the many business apps that companies use to manage sales, marketing, customer service and accounting. Nimble Contact solves this by delivering a single, secure team contact manager that builds itself from the existing contact data in and around the company.”
