CWI Hosting.com expands capacity and Certified as upholding good ethic

EL Paso, Texas -- This May, CWI Global Internet Technologies, Inc. (dba CWIHosting.com) expanded its capacity for incoming callers and sales volume due to recent tremendous growth. CWI has also joined a national origination of businesses upholding honest practices, and work ethic.
CWI started by upgrading all its phone systems, and tested with SWB for errors that could disconnect calls during peak hours.
CWI will then have completed an additional call center for emergency issues by the 23rd of May, giving clients a human voice, with real 24/7 availability, and the ability to get emergencies resolved. Holidays and weekends are no exceptions.
The improvements didn’t stop there, and read like a shopping list. CWI has also doubled their sales and support staff. Billing question responses have been improved, as well as sales response times. Live chat hours for sales have also greater availability. Billing errors at CWI are extremely rare compared to any industry, not to mention hosting, though accuracy has been further improved with a new internal system on a private LAN for security.
Network times to an already outstanding setup with first rate redundancy and more than six currieries have also been improved, and less accounts per server on powerful machines offering 1,536MB of RAM standard, and processors no less then 1000Mhz standard, even on a $15/month plan.
Online support center has been improved boasting 99% completion rate of all trouble cases at all severities, including assisting customers with script, in at most 12 hour cycles.
