Cyber-threat protection company MailChannels has announced the launch of a new email filtering option. MailChannels, which has headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, was established in 2004. The company offers a number of solutions designed to protect companies from threats related to malicious email. Its range of offerings includes network security and anti-spam options. MailChannels has released a new inbound email filtering solution.

MailChannels new Inbound Email Filtering solution offers advanced false positive remediation tools. The solution targets hosting providers offering mail services, and facilitates “secure, reliable and user-friendly email security” for web hosts’ customers. Supported by machine learning technology, the cloud-based service detects and blocks spam, phishing, and malware before it impacts a customer’s email account. It features MailChannels IQ (Intelligent Quarantine) which “generates a link that a blocked sender can use to get their email released instantly”.

“With Inbound, I look forward to delivering the same great quality of service and end-user experience that MailChannels has become known for in the hosting industry,” explained MailChannels’ CEO, Ken Simpson. “Customers have come to expect quality and reliability from MailChannels above all else, and we will deliver that as well as we deliver your email.”
