Cybersecurity-as-a-Service Solutions Provider CloudLock Now Supports Amazon Inspector Automated Security Assessment Service
Cybersecurity-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions provider CloudLock now supports the Amazon Inspector automated security assessment service. CloudLock, which has headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States, was established in 2007. The company specializes in helping organizations “securely leverage cloud apps they buy and build”. It provides security options for SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and IDaaS environments and its support for Amazon Inspector “expands the CloudLock Security Fabric across Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) environments”.

CloudLock monitors cloud infrastructures to find security configuration weaknesses and “suspicious" items that may cause data to be removed from Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3). The solution also identifies “insecure and unencrypted ports or services”. It offers security personnel detailed incident reports “down to the specific Amazon EC2 instance”.

"We are thrilled to extend our collaboration with AWS, a cloud provider that understands the need for security at the user, entity, account and data level that CloudLock provides," said John Amaral, Head of Product Delivery at CloudLock. "We have a great product from which virtually every AWS customer can benefit."
