QTS Realty Trust (QTS) has enhanced its managed services offerings. The company is the parent body of hybrid cloud services and managed hosting provider Carpathia Hosting. It specializes in providing "secure, compliant data center solutions and fully managed services". QTS offers an integrated custom data center technology service platform and its services extend to colocation. It owns and runs 25 data centers and caters to around 1,000 customers globally.
QTS' managed services enhancements are designed to "seamlessly integrate with complex hybrid IT environments, and offer customers unparalleled network visibility to quickly identify and mitigate network threats and vulnerabilities". They are underpinned by Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) managed cloud security and compliance solutions provider Alert Logic. With security a key factor for all types of customers, QTS' managed integrated security platform keeps its customer' data "extremely secure and compliant" and its services are supported by security experts who help companies deploy solutions without major financial or time investment.
"Enterprises and federal agencies today face malicious and inadvertent security threats, combined with a massive amount of government and industry compliance requirements, all of which tax their financial and human resources," explained QTS' VP Compliance and Corporate IT, Kurt Manske.
