EverData Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (EverData) has partnered with IT management software company SmarterTools Inc. (SmarterTools).
EverData, which has headquarters in Rajasthan, India, specializes in offering “premium hosted and managed services to all types of businesses in India and globally”. The company’s services extend to platform hosting, colocation services, VPS, dedicated server management, custom-built infrastructure, cloud-based and hybrid services, managed services and disaster recovery and business continuity planning. It will leverage SmarterTools’ products and services to “provide high-quality and affordable business solutions” to its customers.
With headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, SmarterTools was established in 2003. The company caters to around 15 million end users in around 100 countries with products that enable companies to “communicate, measure, and support their worldwide business operations” and rival services such as Office365. As part of the partnership, EverData will offer a bundle of SmarterTools software including “the SmarterMail business mail server, SmarterTrack online help desk software, and SmarterStats website analytics and SEO software”.
