Data102 has acquired web hosting provider Icyshout. Data102, which has headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States, offers a range of data center and IT services including cloud solutions, VOIP and collocation services. Its purchase of Icyshout strengthens its position as Colorado Springs’ leading provider. Financial aspects of the deal were not released.
Icyshout specialized in website hosting and also offered Virtual Private Server (VPS) options alongside email hosting and radio streaming options. Data102 has absorbed all of Icyshout’s assets and its personnel. Icyshout developed a solid reputation for the quality of its services, but the acquisition will serve to further benefit its existing customer base. Together the companies offer companies in the Colorado Springs and Front Range areas a “powerful” range of hosted IT options.

Our customers also benefit from Data102's deep technical knowledge and broad support coverage. It's also important to point out that our customers will not experience any interruption of service or pricing increases as a result of this transition."
