David Snead has joined hosting control panel company
cPanel, Inc. (cPanel). The company, which was founded in 1997, offers one of the industry’s most used web hosting account control panels. The panel offers a range of features that allow hosting customers full control over every aspect of their accounts. Mr. Snead joins the company as General Counsel.
Mr. Snead is a veteran of the web hosting industry with over two decades’ experience. He is the Vice Chairman and Public Policy Work Group Chairman of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition) of which he is co-founder. He is also an attorney and practices law in Washington, D.C. with specific focus on copyright, trademark, licensing and Internet law issues. He studied at Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and State Bar of New Mexico. He will handle cPanel’s legal issues as they relate to “to customers, technology, and regulation”.
