Fruition, which has headquarters in Denver, Colorado, United States, was established in 2003. The company specializes in providing SEO, SEM, and social media services. Its portfolio also extends to developing mobile apps and websites, with a strong emphasis on Magento sites. Fruition will maintain its focus on “enterprise grade Magento development and hosting” after the completion of the deal. DS2 Hosting, which has headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States, was established in 2014. The company also specializes in providing Magento hosting services.

A substantial Magento community develops commercial and non-commercial modules that enhance the functionality of Magento websites.

“Having DS2 and Dan upped our development and hosting talent overnight. Everyone is excited to see what projects we take on next together,” explained Brad Anderson, the CEO of Fruition.
