January 9, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider DigitalRacks has acquired turnkey website provider DotComBuilding (http://www.dotcombuilding.net), or DCB, for an “undisclosed amount”, it was announced recently. The company is now in full control of DCB’s assets and customers.
Since DotComBuilding was founded in 2006 the company has been one of DigitalRacks’ chief affiliates and referred companies to DCB’s services. "The acquisition will mark a new level of growth for us," said a DigitalRacks spokesman. "The acquisition will not affect any customer of DotComBuilding, they will experience faster and better quality support, in addition to cheaper website options for new customers".
"Customers will experience new and improved features and controlability where they use our hosting services, and will see their service being more secure and reliable,” the spokesman added.
