Dotster Kicks Off Contest to Find the “Next BIG Small Business”

July 10, 2009 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Dotster, Inc., a leading provider of Internet business services, is now accepting entries for the company’s Next BIG Small Business contest which recognizes some of its most promising small business customers. Dotster customers that wish to be considered can enter and view the contest rules at http://www.dotster.com/nextbigsmb/. The deadline for submissions is July 15, 2009.

“Dotster manages millions of domain names and hosts tens of thousands of websites, but it’s the people behind those properties—our customers—that are the most exciting part of our business,” said Clint Page, CEO of Dotster. “With this contest we want to feature our most outstanding small business customers to illustrate that building an online presence is key to business growth and success.”

The top 20 Next BIG Small Business finalists will be announced in late July and will receive prizes valued at $50. To compete for the Grand and Second Place Prizes of $1,000 and $500, respectively, finalists must upload a two-minute video clip to online video site Vimeo detailing their business and how they have benefitted from taking their business online. Winners will be announced in August.
