Dan Frechtling and Ross Johnston Join Dotster Inc. |

February 18, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Dan Frechtling has joined Dotster Inc., (http://www.dotster.com) it was reported recently. Mr. Frechtling joins the company as Chief Marketing Officer. The company has also named Ross Johnston as Vice President of Business Development.
Mr. Frechtling will be responsible for market research and analysis, product management, marketing communications, direct marketing and sales, and in charge of Dotster’s strategic marketing vision. He will ultimately be responsible for acquiring new customers and improving revenues.
Mr. Frechtling has over 15 years of marketing and management experience. He was Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at U.S. early education company, Knowledge Learning. Prior to this he was VP Strategic Planning and Director, Worldwide Marketing for Mattel, Inc. and Vice President at Stamps.com, He has also held management positions at .tv Corporation, General Mills and McKinsey & Company.
Ross Johnston has around twenty years of business development and marketing experience. He was previously Senior Director, Business Development for CNET Networks where he managed “all aspects of new customer acquisition, business development and partner management for CNET Web properties”. Prior to this he was with LexisNexis Corporation in market planning and business development. He has also worked with Neoforma Inc., Eclipse Technologies and Barclays Global Investors.
