Ecommerce and CMS Hosting Company Nexcess in Inc. 5000
Ecommerce and CMS hosting company Nexcess has announced that it has been listed in the Inc. 5000. Nexcess has head offices in Southfield, Michigan, United States and offers a wide range of solutions including WordPress, Magento, ExpressionEngine and “Craft CMS hosting services”. Established in 2000, it operates data centers in the United States, Europe, and Australia. This is the eighth year in a row the company has been recognized by the Inc. 5000.

The Inc. 5000 (and its sister award the Inc. 500) are managed by Inc. magazine, an American business publication based in New York, United States. It ranks the top 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States based on revenue growth during a three-year period before each annual award. Companies eligible for the award have to be based in the United States and privately held. In addition, in the first year of the period leading up to an award, a company needs to have generated a minimum of $100,000, and at least $2 million in the third year of the period. The awards are presented at an annual conference. Nexcess was ranked 3,268 in the 2017 Inc. 5000 listing and showed a three-year revenue growth rate of 98%.

“Although we’ve been part of the Inc. 5000 for almost a decade, we continue to be immensely proud of our record of consistent growth,” explained Nexcess’s CEO and President, Chris Wells. “Since Nexcess’ earliest days, we’ve had a simple goal: build the fastest, best supported, and most reliable hosting environment for eCommerce merchants and publishers. That commitment is why our clients stay with us year after year, and how we’ve consistently grown into new markets and locations.”
