Web Hosting Provider EIRCA Introduces Private Label End User Phone Support
April 12, 2007 (HOSTSEARCH.COM) Web hosting provider EIRCA Internet Solutions (http://www.eirca.net) has introduced toll free Private Label End User Phone Support, the company announced recently. The offering is intended to compliment the company's online ticket-based end user support offering, and is available through the companys reseller hosting system. According to EIRCA, this is the first service of its type in the hosting industry.

The companys End User Phone Support service enables its hosting resellers to provide free telephone support on a twenty four hour basis with calls dealt with in a private label environment.
