Email security provider
SpamExperts has announced it is now an independently owned company. With headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, SpamExperts offers shared web hosts and other organizations such as ISPs and telecommunication companies a range of email security solutions. SpamExperts offers both inbound and outbound email filtering as well as email archiving options. The company's solutions can be run within its Hosted Cloud or on its customers' virtual hardware-based clouds. SpamExperts' founders have bought back 100% of the company's shares.
SpamExperts was established by current CEO Sam Renkema and CTO Dreas Van Donselaar in 2005. Initially a number of investors were brought in to fund SpamExperts while in startup mode. The company became profitable in 2009 and the initial investors were bought out by 2012. The two co-founders now have “100% ownership over the business”
