End-to-end cloud computing, IT security and secure DevOps solutions company Earthling Security, LLC (
Earthling Security) has launched new managed services and secure cloud hosting platform. Earthling Security, which has headquarters in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, United States, provides Information Technology and data security services to “a wide variety of business and government sectors”.
The company’s new EarthlingCloud offering is designed to provide compliance services (HIPAA, FedRAMP, PCI etc.) that “make cloud migration easier, faster and more cost effective”. It enables organizations to move to a secure cloud quickly and cost effectively. The service hosts web applications in a secured cloud environment that provides a range of security operations and Compliance-as-a-Service features that “can be included with any cloud build or migration project”.
EarthlingCloud now also leverages both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure and includes pre-built applications such as WordPress, Drupal, Secure Email, and Big Data Engine. It also offers FedRAMP-as-a-Service, a “specialized offering for the federal market” that automatically makes applications and platforms ready for a third-party assessment and accreditation.
Other platform features include pre-built solutions for managed database and collaboration and for solutions such as Office365. It can also secure ‘Big Data’ solutions. “Our focus is to provide tailored and strategic business solutions to support and optimize the business mission of our valued clients”, explained a spokesperson in the company’s press release.
