Unitas Global has acquired cloud services provider AOS Cloud. Unitas Global, which has headquarters in Los Angeles, California, United States, was established in 2009. The company designs, deploys, and manages business infrastructure and “utilizes leading cloud technologies” to optimize their IT environments. Its acquisition of AOS Cloud will offer the company the engineering resources and technology required to “expand and strengthen the delivery of its Enterprise Cloud Solutions globally”.
AOS Cloud bills itself as “the leading technology solutions provider” in the US Midwest. The company specializes in offering an “expansive portfolio of solutions” including enterprise networking, and unified communications alongside storage and virtualization. It also offers Information Security, managed services and SharePoint options. Unitas Global’s acquisition of the company will also expand its customer base and create a “go-to-market partnership” throughout the Midwest.
