CherryRoad Technologies Inc. (CherryRoad) has acquired cloud and web hosting services provider Superb Internet Corporation (Superb Internet). CherryRoad, which has headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey, United States, was established in 1983. The company offers a range of IT solutions including hosting/cloud hosting, infrastructure and application management services, cloud-based application management, and on-premise ERP. It also offers business intelligence and change management consulting services. Partnering with Superb Internet will extend CherryRoad’s ability to meet its customers’ digital transformation needs.
Superb Internet, which has headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii, was established in 1996. The company “operates within multiple data centers” located in McLean and Springfield, Virginia, United States. It provides world-class web hosting options that include managed hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and domain registration alongside data storage, ecommerce, media hosting, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) packages. Its offerings are underpinned by ongoing support and the guarantee of 100% uptime. Financial aspects of CherryRoad’s acquisition of the company have yet to be released.
